Build-up of dust, fluff and soot inside your heater will reduce its heating capacity and increase wear and tear. If fans are not maintained, they can become out of balance, eventually requiring replacement. Regular servicing of your heater will ensure proper and efficient functioning.

Our comprehensive service of gas heaters includes:

Dismantle heater
Clean burner assembly, pilot, filters, fan and heater casing with air compressor
Refit components into heater
Lubricate bayonet seal and reconnect checking connection and hose
Test heater for operation and adjust gas pressures (high and low settings)
Test for carbon monoxide to ensure safe operation
Your heater will be operating at optimum efficiency and safety

Service portable heater	$195
Service inbuilt heater, including gas log fires	$250 (plus $25 per 15 minutes after first hour if required)
Service second portable heater at same address	$90

These charges apply to heaters that are in working order. A service will generally fix most intermittent problems. However there may be a specific fault which requires extra fault finding, repair and parts. If this is the case we will advise you of the fault, what is required to rectify it and any extra charges and parts which may be required.
